3. Account Registration

3.3. Only one Account per user is allowed unless using paid services that permit multiple accounts.

4.6. Users are solely responsible for their content (“User Content”), and interactions with other users are solely between the parties involved.

5. User Content and Postings
5.1. Users may be required to provide documentation verifying the legitimacy of postings.
5.2. Users must provide complete and accurate information for goods and services, including contact details.

5.4. Users uploading content from YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms must comply with the respective third-party terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9.2. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the lesser of the fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim or [local currency equivalent of a capped amount].
10. User Transactions and External Communication
10.1. Ossin is a platform that connects buyers and sellers and does not participate in, control, or guarantee transactions between users. All negotiations, agreements, and transactions are carried out solely between the users involved and are done at their own risk.
10.2 Users are encouraged to keep communication within the Ossin platform for record purposes. However, Ossin does not provide any guarantee, protection, or insurance for transactions conducted through the platform.
10.3 Any user who chooses to communicate, negotiate, or complete transactions through WhatsApp or any other external channel does so entirely at their own risk. Ossin will not be responsible or liable for any loss, fraud, dispute, or damages arising from transactions between users, whether conducted on or outside the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. User Content remains the property of the user, but you grant the Administrator a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for operating the Service.
11.2. Materials and trademarks on the Platform, except User Content, are owned or licensed by the Administrator. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11.3. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you may submit a notice including the required information and contact details to [[email protected]].
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
